Kids Points is a shared family scoreboard operated by Nuqayah. We do not sell personal data, show advertising, or track users across apps or websites.
When you use Kids Points, our server stores the family name, child names chosen by the family, reward scores, Super point balances, outstanding makeup counts, optional child notes, adjustment history, invite code, random device-session credentials, and—when background refresh is enabled—a Firebase installation identifier associated with that device session. We use this data only to provide family synchronization, notes, history, and the interactive widget.
Kids Points does not require an account, email address, phone number, precise location, or contact access. Family data is associated with a random family identifier and session credential, not an advertising identity.
Data is sent over HTTPS. Session credentials are stored in the Apple Keychain on iOS and encrypted with a key held by Android Keystore on Android; our server stores only cryptographic hashes of them. The app and widget keep cached family state and durable pending-adjustment records that are removed after confirmation or rejection in platform-private storage: an Apple App Group on iOS and private app preferences on Android.
We do not sell or rent data. We may use infrastructure providers, including Firebase Cloud Messaging for optional background invalidation and Sentry for limited iOS crash and synchronization diagnostics. A push message contains only a family identifier, revision number, and event type. Diagnostic reports may contain the app version, operating-system and device information, crash details, random request identifiers, revision numbers, timing, retry state, and pending-operation counts. We configure synchronization diagnostics not to include family or child names, notes, balances, history, invite codes, or session credentials. We may also disclose data when required by law.
Family data remains until a family member chooses Delete family in the app. Deleting a family permanently removes its children, reward scores, Super point and makeup balances, child notes, history, and active sessions from the service. Leaving a family requests immediate deletion of that device session. If the request cannot reach the server, its Firebase installation identifier is ignored after 30 days without renewal.
Kids Points is intended for use by parents or guardians. Do not enter a child’s full legal name or sensitive medical, legal, or contact information in names or notes. We do not knowingly collect contact details directly from children.
